Well, it is simply just that, a certificate you can receive by taking a course to advance your career, and expand your knowledge in home staging. “The course consisted of reviewable and pre-recorded content, and then multiple tests to ensure you are ready to properly stage a home”, Zach said. Although it is not an overnight process, it is a process that we find adds so much value to our team. Zach would even say that it is the cherry on top!

Zach has always “had a knack for colors, patterns, and interior design”, he says. Getting his certification was of no question to him, and an experience he enjoyed very much. With his certification he feels as if he has learned much more on how he can better support his clients when it comes to staging.  He plans to use his knowledge to create the best possible outcomes as it pertains to selling a home.
